All content on the tbjili platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and design elements — is the exclusive property of tbjili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the tbjili platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of tbjili's intellectual property may result in legal action. The tbjili name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks and may not be used without express written consent.
tbjili provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its services.
